Bart Plaumann, President of Pylon Manufacturing, oversees all aspects of the Pylon business, including expansion of Pylon’s retail customer base and new product development activity.
Prior to Pylon, Plaumann held roles with the Chamberlain Group, where he served as strategic business unit manager and general manager of new business development. Prior to that, Plaumann was president of Remington Industries, President of retail personal care for Helen of Troy, and senior vice president and general manager for Jarden Consumer Solutions/The Holmes Group.
In his free time Bart can be found on the Golf Course.
Vice President Sales
As VP Sales at Pylon, Steve Harris is responsible for implementing and developing strategic plans that promote business and achieve the company’s sales goals. Steve has created a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. Steve’s strategic planning and strong leadership skills have been valuable in continuing company growth.
Steve graduated from Boston College School of Management and Amherst College with an M.B.A in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Previously, Steve has held positions with Shark-Ninja, WellPet, Jarden Consumer Solutions and The Holmes Group with consistent revenue growth and market success.
Relocating from Boston, Steve is enjoying the warmer Florida weather and the beach.
Vice President Quality and Engineering
As VP of Engineering, R&D and Quality, Will Young oversees a global team of Product and Quality Engineers that are responsible for continuous improvement of existing products, product innovation and preventative quality activity on Pylon’s wiper blade and mobility product portfolio.
With over 20 Years of Automotive Engineering experience spanning the areas of Engineering Management, Product Development, Product Quality, Product Validation, Product Design with Tier 1 OEM suppliers such as Trico, DY Automotive & Federal Mogul, Will brings unique perspective of OE and aftermarket product development to Pylon. With over 50 Global Patents in which Will is listed as inventor or co-inventor, along with Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Will has a strong history of innovation and product development that is sure to continue at Pylon.
Will is an active member in his community and church both locally in Florida and in his home Town in Michigan.
Vice President Supply Chain
Carlos Moreno, VP Supply Chain at Pylon Manufacturing, oversees inventory management and logistics, supply chain strategies covering all commodities, services and supplier processes throughout our global enterprise.
Carlos earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a concentration in International Business as well as obtained his degree as a Specialist in Logistics Management from ICESI University. Carlos has also completed a multitude of additional education and trainings such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training, Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) and J&J Procurement Strategy Excellence.
When not at work, Carlos enjoys playing tennis and outdoor activities.
Vice President Finance
Rich Cimino, VP Finance/Controller at Pylon Manufacturing, manages all financial functions at Pylon including month end closing, general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable and fixed assets.
Rich earned his BS in Finance and International Business from Northeastern University. Rich has held numerous Controller positions with pharmaceutical companies such as IVAX and VPX.
Rich enjoys fitness, clean eating and biking.
Vice President International
Paul Vincent, VP International at Pylon is responsible for generating new business outside of North America, and management of sales offices in Shanghai and the UK with a team of 18 Pylon employees.
Paul recently received his Masters degree in Business Administration from Alliance Manchester Business School. Paul is experienced in the automotive industry holding prior roles with companies such as Turtle Wax leading marketing teams throughout Europe and is strong business leader with extensive North American and Global experience. Paul speaks both Spanish and French.
Paul is originally from England and enjoys traveling with his wife.
Pete Horan, CIO (Chief Information Officer) of Pylon is responsible for executing IT strategies that support the company goals and direction such as evaluating current systems, designing and customizing technological systems and platforms to improve the company, customer and consumer experience.
Pete recently earned his Master’s Degree in International Business at FAU. As a local to the Florida area, he has held various IT roles with companies such as Newell Brands/Jarden Consumer Solutions and The Holmes Group.
Pete is an avid runner and recently participated in the Leadville Trail 100, a prestigious 100-mile run held in Colorado.
Craig Kurvers, Pylon Marketing Director, is responsible for leading the marketing function for the organization in North America, including Product Management, New Product Development, Brand Management, Public Relations, Marketing Research and Analysis.
Craig attended the University of Saint Thomas and spent the majority of his career in the greater Minneapolis area. Craig has held Senior Marketing roles building brands, market share and profitable growth with various companies in the automotive aftermarket and durable consumer products industries including Lund International, Master Lock and Toro and Graco.
When not in the office, Craig enjoys playing Golf and driving his children’s around to their soccer games.
