Gary Cohen

CEO of Qualitor Automotive

Gary joined Qualitor as CEO in May 2015. Previously he was President and Global CEO of Timex Group where he rejuvenated brand Timex, developed new corporate leadership, and significantly expanded market share and revenue. Prior to Timex, Mr. Cohen was Global General Manager/Vice President of Playtex and led the integration of Playtex into Energizer’s Personal Care Division.

Over the course of his 32-year career, Mr. Cohen has held a series of senior management and global marketing positions with other top consumer products and companies, such as Proctor & Gamble and Gillette. He holds a B.A. in Economics from Brandeis University and an M.B. A. in marketing from The J.L. Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.

Michael Fretwell

President

Michael (Mike) Fretwell, President of Pylon is responsible for the overall strategic direction of Pylon. Mike oversees all aspects of the company, including delivering a strong brand message, innovative new products, licensing expansions and customer growth. Mike's focus is on initiatives that will allow Pylon to grow market share and better meet our consumer’s needs.

Mike is a veteran of the consumer products industry with over 20+ years in sales, marketing, product development, and general management with companies such as Nabisco and Newell Brands / Jarden Consumer Solutions. Mike served in the US. Army where he learned many of his leadership skills. Mike holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee.

Mike is an avid fitness fanatic. He has completed multiple Ironman triathlons, and spends most mornings at a local CrossFit box.

Harry Piedra

CIO

Harry Piedra, joins pylon as CIO (Chief Information Officer). With more than 20 years of IT experience, Harry leads the Pylon Global Enterprise Team (GET) in establishing IT strategies and ensuring an infrastructure that is scalable and reliable, while aligning technology-based solutions that deliver meaningful impact to the business.

Harry has extensive domestic and international experience in project management, IT security and global Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). Harry successfully designed, implemented and supported Amazon Web Services (AWS) together with Citrix to streamline business functions at H&CO, a Global CPA firm and brings this expertise to Pylon.

In his free time, Harry enjoys traveling, biking, and barbecuing with family and friends.

Steve Harris

Vice President Sales

As VP Sales at Pylon, Steve Harris is responsible for implementing and developing strategic plans that promote business and achieve the company’s sales goals. Steve has created a culture of success and ongoing business and goal achievement. Steve’s strategic planning and strong leadership skills have been valuable in continuing company growth.

Steve graduated from Boston College School of Management and Amherst College with an M.B.A in Marketing and a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science. Previously, Steve has held positions with Shark-Ninja, WellPet, Jarden Consumer Solutions and The Holmes Group with consistent revenue growth and market success.

Relocating from Boston, Steve is enjoying the warmer Florida weather and the beach.

Will Young

Vice President Quality and Engineering

As VP of Engineering, R&D and Quality, Will Young oversees a global team of Product and Quality Engineers that are responsible for continuous improvement of existing products, product innovation and preventative quality activity on Pylon’s wiper blade and mobility product portfolio.

With over 20 Years of Automotive Engineering experience spanning the areas of Engineering Management, Product Development, Product Quality, Product Validation, Product Design with Tier 1 OEM suppliers such as Trico, DY Automotive & Federal Mogul, Will brings  unique perspective of OE and aftermarket product development  to Pylon.  With over 50 Global Patents in which Will is listed as inventor or co-inventor, along with Six Sigma Black Belt Certification, Will has a strong history of innovation and product development that is sure to continue at Pylon.

Will is an active member in his community and church both locally in Florida and in his home Town in Michigan.

Carlos Moreno

Vice President Supply Chain

Carlos Moreno, VP Supply Chain at Pylon Manufacturing, oversees inventory management and logistics, supply chain strategies covering all commodities, services and supplier processes throughout our global enterprise.

Carlos earned his Bachelor of Science in Economics, with a concentration in International Business as well as obtained his degree as a Specialist in Logistics Management from ICESI University. Carlos has also completed a multitude of additional education and trainings such as Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Training, Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) and J&J Procurement Strategy Excellence.

When not at work, Carlos enjoys playing tennis and outdoor activities.
